Future Shape of the Winner Navigation Aid
The FSW Navigation Aid (also affectionately known as our Management Agenda Bender!) is not your typical assessment instrument.

Most assessment instruments are based on solid research around what can be proved from past or present experience. This Navigation Aid is much bolder than that; it attempts to define what future success might look like, drawing on over 25 years of Tom Peters’ writing and speaking.

The NavAid is a proprietary product of the Tom Peters Company (TPC). This innovative instrument describes 50 different characteristics of what organisations of the future might look like and challenges users to identify which of them offer the most future promise for them.

In our practice, Tom Peters Company uses this instrument to stimulate debate and fresh thinking in our management team events, encouraging them to re-imagine what they do and how they do it and giving them glimpses of what future excellence might look like at an operational level. And then to the most important step in the process; we help teams to get serious by building this thinking into their existing plans and strategies – to bend their management agendas!

The NavAid can also be directly accessed online by clients and is offered in a number of different packages and on a number of different fee structures.
